Group Retreats

- All payments are non-refundable.

- If you request a postponement at least two month before the retreat start date, you may transfer your booking to another retreat.

- If your request falls within two months of the retreat start date, exceptions may be considered only in cases of medical emergencies or the death of an immediate family member. These will be reviewed individually, and if approved, a 30% postponement fee will apply.

- We strongly recommend obtaining retreat insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including illness and natural disasters.

Private Retreats

- All payments are non-refundable.

- Up to six weeks before the retreat start date, you may request to reschedule (subject to availability) with your chosen practitioner. Switching to a different practitioner is not possible.

- If your request falls within six weeks of the retreat start date, exceptions may be considered only in cases of medical emergencies or the death of an immediate family member. These will be reviewed individually, and if approved, a 30% postponement fee will apply.

- As an alternative, you may choose to switch your private retreat to online coaching or therapy sessions with your chosen practitioner instead of participating in the psilocybin journey. The number of sessions offered will depend on the pricing structure of your original retreat booking.

Integration Sessions & Coaching

- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase and receive a refund, minus a 5% transaction fee.

- Once a session is scheduled, it is considered a set appointment.

- If needed, you may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice.

- Missed or canceled sessions with less than 48 hours' notice will be forfeited.
